On November 27th 2023, we exchanged views with Terumi Yamaguchi, Mayor of Minato Ward, Osaka City, and members of the Board of Education. It was very stimulating to hear about the initiatives of Minato Ward! Mayor Yamaguchi is a foster parent herself and is tackling issues from her own past experience of abuse.
